We’re living in sexualised times and drown in a flood of pornography, easy accessible for anyone. Parents need to watch their children and we easily end up with either black or white and nothing in between. We either have raw pornography, made with one goal in mind; to make as much money as possible out of our carnal lust and desires. Or we end up stranded on the moral high grounds where everything is supposed to be pure and white as snow. Black or white. But in between lies a world full of colours. The land of fantasies and imagination. This land also encompasses the sensual and the erotic. We cannot deny it. We are all citizens of that strange land. Casa das Mascaras is an attempt to create something different, to give people a possibility to live out their hottest fantasies, together with their loved ones, either to celebrate a life together or in a hope to meet a related soul. The woman behind this idea, loves dance in all its’ forms and expressions, she has aesthetic taste, is creative and is bright, brilliant and intelligent, charming and with a great heart to boot.
